General Subcontract Forms

As part of Centennial’s contract process, subcontractors are issued a multi-page Subcontract Agreement (SA) upon award. The SA may incorporate one or more of the general forms below, depending on project-specific requirements.

These forms apply when work involves federal contracting requirements, asbestos or lead abatement, or other environmentally sensitive or hazardous activities. The provisions included in these documents are a subset of, and supplement, the standard terms and conditions outlined in the Subcontract Agreement.

Subcontractors are responsible for reviewing and complying with all requirements as stated in the referenced forms applicable to their scope of work.

STATE-SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

As part of CCE’s contract process, subcontractors are issued a Subcontract Agreement (SA) upon award. The SA may incorporate the state-specific terms and conditions below when work is performed within certain jurisdictions.

These state-specific provisions supplement the standard terms and conditions outlined in the Subcontract Agreement and address statutory or regulatory requirements unique to the state in which the project is located.

Subcontractors are responsible for reviewing and complying with all state-specific terms applicable to their project and scope of work.
