Interested in talking to us about new construction?

Our team acts as an extension of the facilities construction and support team. We can help write detailed scopes of work, provide complete design packages, coordinate with end-users and owner provided equipment vendors, and manage multiple projects – resulting in less overhead and less headache for the client’s team.

Centennial is a partner who understands that we create more than just a space for our clients. Working collaboratively with the selected architect and our clients, we imbue the culture and personality of each organization into our representative projects reflecting the passion, professionalism, and performance excellence we have for our work.

We are always interested in discussing new projects and seeing if we can help new and existing clients.  Reach out to start a conversation.

New Construction Success Story - Fort Belvoir, VA Pet Care Center

Selected for this project, Centennial was responsible for all design and construction necessary to provide a new Pet Grooming and Lodging facility at Fort Belvoir, VA. The new facility includes an administrative area and features a grooming salon, 48 indoor/outdoor boarding rooms for dogs, 30 cat condos, a training area, and an outdoor play area with rubberized surface. The new facility was branded the “Patriot Pet Center” by the Garrison Commander and supports the more than 1,000 pets owned by the 2,200 residents on post.

This project was selected for a feature article by Engineering News-Record magazine in 2020.
