Centennial has been awarded a five year to provide renovation and alternation services for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for facilities in multiple states across the United States. This will be another opportunity for the company to work with this client, having held previous regional multi-year contracts. Centennial is excited to continue to serve this important client.
A library renovation and addition project, Mary Riley Styles Library is a LEED Silver certified project featuring a two-story, 6,849-square-foot addition that brings the total size of the facility to 25,727-square-feet. Improvements include a new entrance on the corner of Park and Virginia avenues, dedicated youth sections on the lower level, consolidated adult collection on the main floor, expanded conference rooms, an enhanced Falls Church History Room, accessibility upgrades, and completely updated interiors throughout. Centennial worked closely with the client and the architect to successfully complete this new state of the art library.
Project will involve ADA repairs to the Amtrak station in Thurmond, West Virginia.
Conference will be held at Lake Blackshear, GA on March 7-8, 2022.
The Aviation Academy is one of the magnate programs for Newport News Public Schools and attracts approximately 250 students and instructors. The program teaches piloting, aircraft maintenance, engineering, and aviation security/safety to ninth graders, and involves access to everything aviation related including drones, 3D printers, a virtual reality lab, and a wind tunnel. As a long-term partner to Newport News Public Schools, Centennial was asked in March 2020, right before the COVID-19 pandemic, to take on this important build out as a fast-track design build project.

The merit-based safety recognition award is presented by the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) to both large and small contractors who demonstrate a commitment to its Safety Training and Evaluation Process (STEP).
It all started with our first contract for the Department of Defense at the Pentagon in 1991. Three decades later we are still performing strong and building upon those early relationships.
