Our first contract was an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for renovation services for the Department of Defense at the Pentagon. Our performance and the relationships built on this contract cemented the company’s decision to focus on delivery of the best project outcomes for our clients, meeting our safety requirements, schedules, and quality expectations.

Our goal has always been to focus on the long-term relationship and to build a program with our clients, rather than just completing one project and moving on. As a result, we have been working with the same clients for over 20 years and have re-procured many long-term contracts multiple times. This is a testament to the important relationships and the trust we have built with our clients.

The Associated Buildings and Contractors in Georgia, Virginia, Washington, and the Carolinas awarded Centennial the prestigious STEP Award. Diamond Level. The merit-based safety recognition award is presented by the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) to both large and small contractors who demonstrate a commitment to its Safety Training and Evaluation Process (STEP).
