| Scope: |
The work consists of the renovation/conversion of an existing pool lounge to a Cyber Cafe Digital Lounge at Fort Gordon - Building 25722 to include construction of the 13,280 sq. ft. recreation center, which is basically an internet cafe combined with an entertainment/game center and food facility. Work included hazardous materials abatement, selective demolition of interior partitions, finishes, mechanical and electrical systems. New work included site modifications for ADA access, interior upgrades including new concrete, masonry, framing, doors and hardware replacement, raised floor system, new finishes, specialties, accessories, and sprinkler system, mechanical system and electrical systems modifications. |
