As soon as an employee begins at Centennial or one of our joint ventures, they are automatically enrolled in the Centennial College of Excellence. The College of Excellence is an integrated program that provides specific curriculums and training opportunities for employees at all positions and all levels. Faculty for the College is chosen from within the ranks of Centennial – construction experts who have years of experience in their fields. Another feature of the College is Centennial’s web-based Learning Management System which includes 84 courses on key business, management and soft skills topics.
