Community Alliance Program

CCE Community Alliance ProgramNationwide and Local Community Outreach - Making A Difference in the Lives of Others.

The Community Alliance Program (CAP) has been established at Centennial to define and coordinate our corporate community outreach efforts for the organization.  The primary objective of the CAP is to provide guidelines and prompt responses to sites that request corporate participation and support.  We receive numerous requests each year to participate in or sponsor an event that a job site is involved with.  While it is our desire to be able to help each community effort at every site, this is not always possible, due to constraints of time and money.  To manage and direct the CAP and to address the various requests that we receive in a consistent and timely manner, we have formed a Community Alliance Team.   The Community Alliance Team will review specific requests based on our core values, the nature of the request, and how to best utilize our available resources. The focal point of our support is local community needs aligned with the mission of our customers. The secondary objective of the CAP is to select and coordinate the corporate office team’s charitable events.  Our goal is to have a sustainable program that makes a difference in the lives of others.

Each year many individuals and teams throughout the company contribute significant man-hours and support to a variety of charitable events and organizations; a critical element of great people building an extraordinary company.  It is important to note that local offices and job sites will continue their local site initiatives that support their community and local charities.
